A New Look for Adding Employees with RemoPlus
We’ve redesigned the “Add New Employee” flow in RemoPlus to improve clarity and usability. Now, the process is intuitive, structured, and easier to navigate - so you can make informed decisions without second-guessing.
Smarter Leave Management
1. Auto-Approve Time-Off Requests Created by Clients
Clients can now choose to:
- Auto-approve the request immediately
- Or require the employee’s acknowledgment
This change supports both fast-moving approvals and internal processes that need employee confirmation.
2. Paid Sick Leave Balance Now Visible
Employees and local partners can now see available paid sick leave directly in the Time-Off section. More visibility, less back-and-forth.
Better Company Profile Management
Clients can now input their official registration number during setup or profile edits. This helps with:
- Compliance
- Accurate invoicing
- Cleaner company records

Easier Timesheet Management for Employees
1. Extra Reminder to Submit Timesheets
Employees now get a final-day reminder to submit their timesheets, reducing late submissions and payroll delays.
2. Duplicate Timesheets Across Weeks
Repetitive schedules just got easier! You can now duplicate timesheet entries across the current and future weeks. Plus, a new tooltip makes it clear how the feature works.
